BBC said Iran\u2019s state TV confirmed that Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi met U.S. Special Envoy to the Middle East Steve Witkoff. AFP\/France 24 and Anadolu Agency also name Jared Kushner among the U.S. side Trump pointed to when asked who attended.<\/p>\n

Context, short sentences: The conflict has run nearly seven months since U.S. and Israeli military action in February, per BBC and AFP reporting. Oil prices spiked; Trump\u2019s approval took a hit. He has repeatedly threatened renewed strikes, then pulled back toward talks. In the UN speech he said he believed a deal would come right after November\u2019s midterm elections. Soft power is not a slogan filter on a threat. Soft power is reading both the walkout and the three-hour stamp on the same day.<\/p>\n
