The measure had passed the House in July. The tally was largely party-line. Four Republicans voted yes: Susan Collins (Maine), Lisa Murkowski (Alaska), Rand Paul (Kentucky), and Thom Tillis (N.C.). Democrat John Fetterman voted against, per AP via WISH-TV.<\/p>\n<p>AP notes this was the 14th time the Senate has considered a war powers resolution since Trump launched the conflict on February 28.
